The 40ft Refrigerated Semi-Trailer is a 40-foot refrigerated trailer unit designed for cold chain transport systems. It is compatible with 3-axle semi-trailer chassis (such as BPW or FUWA) and is utilized for the long-distance transport of frozen, refrigerated, and temperature-controlled cargo.

Exterior Panel Structure:FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) exterior panels, featuring excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and UV-induced aging.

Interior Panel Structure:Food-grade FRP interior walls, meeting rigorous hygiene standards and making the unit ideal for the transportation of food and pharmaceuticals.

Insulation Layer Structure:Utilizes an integral PU (Polyurethane) foaming process, achieving a K-value of 0.31 W/m²·℃ for highly efficient thermal insulation with low thermal conductivity.

Frozen Meat Transport:Suitable for the transport of frozen beef, pork, chicken, and similar products, maintained at temperatures ranging from -18°C to -32°C.

Seafood & Aquatic Products Transport:Suitable for the transport of fish, shrimp, shellfish, and other aquatic products, maintained in a deep-frozen environment of -20°C.

Ice Cream & Dairy Products Transport:Suitable for the transport of ice cream and dairy products, requiring a stable cold chain maintained between -25°C and -32°C.
